E. coli Lawsuit

Privacy

This describes what ecolilawsuit.com collects, who we share it with, and how to make us stop.

What we collect

If you submit the case review form, we collect the name, phone number, email address, state, and description of what happened that you provide, along with your answers about timing and medical treatment.

We also automatically record the page you submitted from, the referring page if any, your IP address, your browser's user agent string, and the date and time. Those last items exist specifically to document that you gave consent to be contacted, and when.

Who receives it

E. coli Lawsuit shares your submission with one or more independent law firms, and with the service providers we use to transmit and store it. That is the entire point of the form — there is no version of this where we keep your information and do nothing with it.

We do not sell your information to unrelated advertisers, data brokers, or marketing lists.

How we contact you

By checking the consent box you agree that we and the law firms we work with may contact you at the number and email you provided, including by automated call or text. Consent is not a condition of receiving legal services.

You can revoke consent at any time — reply STOP to any text, tell a caller to stop, or email us. Revocation applies across every channel we use to reach you, and we honor it promptly.

How long we keep it

We retain submissions and their consent records for as long as needed to document the referral and to defend against any claim that contact was unauthorized. You can ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we are required to retain a consent record.

Your rights

Depending on your state you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of sharing. To exercise any of these, email us using the address below and tell us which right you're exercising.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
